Customer Reviews
Easy process, good delivery
I ordered a personalised birthday cake for my sister's birthday last month. The website was pretty straightforward to use; uploading the photo and adding the text was quick. I chose a specific delivery date and it arrived right on time, fitting perfectly through her letterbox which was super convenient as she was out. The cake itself was a chocolate fudge and she said it tasted fresh and looked just like the design I approved. Support wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that. Overall, a smooth experience.
Decent cake, delivery a bit slow
I ordered a vegan letterbox cake for my dad's anniversary. The customisation options were good on the site, and it was easy to add our message. The cake itself was decent, tasted pretty good for a vegan option. However, I opted for standard delivery and it took 5 days to reach Denver, which felt a little long. I understand it's from the UK, but I was hoping for it to be a bit quicker. Customer service did respond quickly when I inquired about tracking, which was a plus. Value was okay for a personalised item.
Cake was okay, good idea
Got a letterbox cake for my friend's birthday. It came through the mail slot, which was kinda cool. The cake was a lemon drizzle, and my friend said it was alright, nothing super special but not bad either. It arrived on time. Easy to order, so that was good.

Hey, thinking about ordering a cake for my sister's birthday next week. How long do these letterbox cakes usually stay good for once they arrive? Don't want it to be stale.
Anyone know if you can stack discount codes on this site? Got a student discount, but also saw a first-order promo pop up.
